Request for a Proposal
1. Please enter your event details into the below form and one of our experienced Business Event staff members will match your request to the most suitable suppliers.
2. Once we receive your information one of our staff members will be in contact within 24 - 48hrs to confirm requirements.
3. After we have confirmed requirements and compiled information, depending on your event either Business Events Bendigo will provide you with a proposal OR suitable suppliers will contact you directly with a proposal
Terms & Conditions: This service is only available to Business Events with 40+ Delegates. For Business Events under 40 delegates please visit the venues section of our website.
Any assistance provide by Business Events Bendigo, Bendigo Tourism & City of Greater Bendigo in sourcing products and services for your event will be recorded in our database for reporting back to key stakeholders.
