We are now able to assist wheelchair bound passengers as our new bus is fitted with an electronic lift and stabilizers to bolt the wheelchair. All drivers will have training to assist you in your travel to/from Melbourne Airport.

Cancellation Policy / Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy
Refunds of ticketed bookings will be subject to the following fees:-
• Cancellation with more than 24 hours notice prior to departure - full refund less $10 charge
• Cancellation with between 12 - 24 hours notice prior to departure 50% of fare value
• Cancellation with less than 12 hours notice prior to departure Nil Refund
• Failure to Load (FTL)/ no show on time and date of travel as arranged-Nil Refund

Bendigo Airport Service reserves the right to cancel the service or to alter or substitute routes timetables itineraries schedules carriers in any way it considers necessary or advisable.
Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company who at all times reserves the right to charge cancellation fees and booking fees.
NO refund will be made if the person or persons named as passengers do not appear on the time and date of travel as arranged.
