Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50 The Grace Kelly ticket component of all packages is non refundable.

All cancelled bookings incur a 100% cancellation fee for the first nights tarrif. All bookings cancelled within one month prior to arrival time will forfeit the full amount. Minimum nights stay applies during peak periods and special events. Any damages to the unit or its contents are the responsibility of the guests. Our units are to be used by the maximum number of guests listed on your check in form. There will be an extra charge for any and all additional guests using this unit not listed and they may be required to vacate the premises. All units are non-smoking and animals are prohibited. Dogs for the hearing/sight impaired are accepted with identification. A 550.00 cleaning fee will apply for non compliance. Liability Release: This establishment shall not be liable to any guest or invitee of a guest for any loss damage or destruction to any personal property brought onto these premises. Personal property shall include any personal effects and motor vehicles parked on the premises.
