Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee from the Bendigo Visitor Centre of $27.50
A cancellation fee of $50 will apply for bookings cancelled within 48 hours of check in time. A no refund policy applies for all cancellations made within 24 hours of check in.

Please note that a Group Booking cancellation policy may apply. The Group Booking cancellation policy will be forwarded to the nominated representative in writing from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and will void the above conditions.

Directions:

From Melbourne on the Calder Highway (becomes High Street, Pall Mall then McCrae) travel through the centre of town past the Alexandra Fountain and the Visitor Information Centre (on your left). After the next intersection, turn left at Arnold Street and then left again into Havelock Street. De Beers Townhouses are located at 12A and 12B.

From Echuca on the Midland Highway (becomes Napier St then McCrae St) travel past Lake Weeroona on your right towards the centre of Bendigo. Turn right at Arnold Street and then left into Havelock Street. De Beers Townhouses are located at 12A and 12B.
