Ceiling fans provide additional cooling in summer and winter sun, along with slow combustion heating backed onto a rammed earth wall provide ample heating in winter months.
Guests have access to an 8m pool to relax in and around with BBQ cooking facilities and outdoor seating. The region is abundant with wineries, cideries, bushwalking tracks, cycling ventures, galleries, historic towns, restaurants, cafes and sporting facilities.
Prepare breakfast at your leisure, from a hamper of organic provisions sourced from our orchard and gourmet local produce. Your breakfast hamper will include; artisan bread, a range of cereals, tea and coffee, fruit, butter, jams and yoghurt.

Lovely garden views, quality cotton linen, ample storage/hanging space, study nook and thermostatically controlled heating is available in both bedrooms. The property is solar passively designed to maintain even temperatures all year round. The main bedroom has a queen and single bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. A spacious bathroom with separate shower, single spa bath, and vanity and separate toilet. A well equipped kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, hotplate and utensils are available for you to prepare your meals. An outside barbeque is also available for your use. A warm wood fire will greet you in the winter months and a salt solar heated pool and ceiling fans have been installed for your comfort in summer . Comfy retro furnishings in a private lounge area with views across the countryside.

Cancellations received at any time will incur an administration fee of $27.50 from the Bendigo Visitor Centre.
The Chocolate Lily accepts cancellations up until 24 hours prior to arrival after this time a 50% fee will apply.
Please note that a Group Booking cancellation policy may apply. The Group Booking cancellation policy will be forwarded to the nominated representative in writing from the Bendigo Visitor Centre and will void the above conditions.
Travelling from Bendigo: From the Alexandra fountain in Pall Mall, turn into Mitchell st, travel approximately 3 kms, turn left into Spring Gully road following the signage to Sutton Grange. Continue for approximately 22 kms, through Mandurang towards Sutton Grange, (the property is located in Sedgwick, in the Bendigo Shire). Tarrleah Drive is located on your left. The Chocolate Lily is the first property on your left.
