On a large scale, the newly constructed Bendigo Exhibition Centre at the showgrounds features 5000 square metres of clear span exhibition space with more than 430 square metres of open conference space, making it the largest facility of its kind in regional Australia.  Bendigo now offers the convention and events market this new multi-purpose facility, ideal for hosting a diverse range of agricultural and industry based events, exhibitions, tradeshows and conferences.  Events attracting more than 20,000 people have been held at this convenient venue. 
The Bendigo Schweppes Centre is another large venue that is ideal for large conventions and shows.
Break with tradition and experience the great views of the manicured race course at Silks Functions Complex.

Grand heritage buildings define the city and many of these can be the showpiece of your event.  The Capital (1873) in historic View Street can add class and style to your occasion, with modern facilities, varied sized rooms and superbly ornate features setting the scene.
The majestic Shamrock Hotel (1897), with its wrap around verandahs and ornate iron balustrades, offers function facilities and superb catering options.
