Incorporating Silks Function Centre, the Bendigo Jockey Club is recognised as one of Victoria's Premier Training venues and one of the most prestigious racecourses in Victoria. The Club hosts 24 race meetings per year including the 2011 Jayco Bendigo Cup, during the Spring Carnival. Silks Function Centre offers a unique venue for weddings, dinners and conferences.
Cancellation Policy
If for any reason a booking is cancelled the following conditions apply: More than 14 days prior to the event a 25% cancelation fee applies Within 14 days prior to the event no refund is available.
If for any reason the Bendigo jockey Club or Racing Victoria cancel racing from proceeding at any race meeting held the following conditions will apply: A. If the cancellation takes place after a racve has been run for any reason no refund is available. B. If the races are cancelled prior to a rce being run on racecourse and the racecourse is closed down a full refund (entry and packages) will be available for up to 14 days proceeding the race meeting on return to the club if your receipt of ticket purchase unless point C is in acted. C. Should the Bendigo Jockey Club decide to continue ewith running a phantom race meeting refunds on ticket entry only will be available providing you take your ticket stub to the ticket box located at any entry point with 60 minutes of the race meeting being cancelled (no refund on packages will be availablr when a phantom meeting is conducted).
