Owner and head barista Oliver Budack has made over 1,000,00 coffees, across a professional hospitality career spanning 25 years and three continents. His aim is to deliver the perfect coffee every time, and a welcoming, warm cafe experience second-to-none.El Gordo is also about art, culture & music. Each month there is a new art exhibition, live music, special events and Progressive Dinners with other vibrant local food venues.
