The Bendigo Visitor Information Centre is becoming well known as the Centre for Local History Books. We have a fantastic range by local authors including our newest additions to the gift shop by Ken Arnold.

Ken’s Out and About series documents historical markers – a segment often published in The Bendigo Weekly. So far the series includes ‘Out & About around Bendigo Volume 1, 2 & 3’ and ‘Out & About around Maryborough’.

Ken’s newest offering is titled ‘Bendigo Our Golden Past’ and is a fantastic resource for students, visitors and locals who are interested in our rich history.
